You are eligible to apply if you
Are a physician, nurse, physician assistant, pharmacist, or medical student.
Work or volunteer in a public or nonprofit health organization outside the United States.
Provide direct clinical care or clinical training.
Do not already have institutional or personal access to UpToDate.
Have at least intermittent internet access.
Can complete the application in English.
To prevent delays, please have the following ready:

Photo ID.
A selfie taken during the application process.
Upload one of the following:
Employer-issued photo ID.
Employment contract.
Photo of yourself at your clinic or facility sign.
Pay stub.
Employment letter.
Residency acceptance letter.
Student ID.
Other proof of employment at a selected medical site.
Incomplete documentation is the most common reason applications are delayed.
